Registering for a Trade Account

If you think you will be ordering on a regular basis and your orders are likely to be large then it could be worthwhile you applying for a trade account. However, we expect you to have some existing trading history with us before we approve a Trade Account. If you have no existing trading history with us please register for a normal account, this can be upgrade to a Trade Account once we have established some history.

A Trade Account is not for everyone as if your orders do not meet certain criteria you could end up paying more for delivery than normal. If you have no trading history with us it might be better to start with registering a normal account or checkout as a guest until it becomes clearer if a Trade Account would be beneficial in your particular circumstances. Normally we would expect to see qualifying trading history before approving a Trade Account.

Trade account customers receive free postage and packing on all orders that meet the minimum spend. Also from time to time we run exclusive offers which are not available generally.

To apply just use the drop down menu under MY ACCOUNT at the top of our website home page, fill out the form and we will get back to you usually within 24 hours. Once approved you will receive free postage and packing on all your orders, providing they meet the minimum spend each time. You must log-in to your account when making an order as the discount will be automatically applied at the checkout. If you checkout as a guest you will not receive free postage. 

Terms: Please be aware that we do not generally offer credit facilities on trade accounts and all orders still need to be paid for at the time of purchase. If the value of your order does not reach the minimum threshold for free delivery, then you will still need to pay postage when checking out.

We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to change the threshold of orders qualifying for free postage and packing and to refuse an application for a trade account without notice and for any reason. Trade accounts that have not been used within a 12 month period may be closed at our discretion.
