Delivery Information
To keep the cost of postage as low as possible our web site has been programmed to recognise your delivery address and your order size. You will be supplied with your available delivery options and the cost before you check out.
You do not need to create an account to see the postage costs just add the items to the cart and the postage costs will be available to see.
If you require a next working day service please be aware that orders placed after 12pm on a Thursday may not be delivered until the following Monday/Tuesday as we do not operate a weekend delivery service.

Please Note: if your items are returned to us as either the courier or Royal Mail deemed the item as undeliverable due to you putting an incorrect address or other issues such as not able to gain access, we will refund your money rather than redespatch the item. The refund will take place when the item is received by us, as you would expect if we do not receive the item back we will not be able to refund.
If your goods have not arrived when expected please give us a chance to resolve the issue by contacting us first rather than going straight to your credit/debit card provider or payment processor. Payment processors impose significant dispute fees that only serve to increase costs and do not help us to keep our prices low for everyone. We will always endeavour to resolve any issue.
