Delivery Information

To keep the cost of postage as low as possible our web site has been programmed to recognise your delivery address and your order size. You will be supplied with your available delivery options and the cost before you check out. To give you some indication, our delivery charge could vary from £2.99 to a maximum of £6.56 for 2-4 day delivery to most UK mainland addresses. You do not need to create an account to see the postage costs just add the items to the cart and the postage costs will be available to see. 

If you require a next working day service the cost would be £9.80 for any size of order. Please be aware that orders placed after 10am on a Thursday will not be delivered until the following Monday/Tuesday as we do not operate a Saturday delivery service

Orders placed after 10am Mon-Fri will be despatched the following day and will therefore take an extra day to reach you.

Please Note: if your items are returned to us as either the courier or Royal Mail deemed the item as undeliverable due to you putting an incorrect address or other issues such as not able to gain access etc, we will refund your money rather than redespatch the item. The refund will take place when the item is received by us, as you would expect if we do not receive the item back we will not be able to refund.

If your goods have not arrived when expected please contact us in the first instance. 

Please do not use payment providers such as credit/debit/paypal as your first port of call

We will always sort out any problem without the intervention of third parties who charge us a dispute fee just to interven in the process.

As an example

We have even had a customer open a pay pal dispute who ordered over the weekend and did not receive the item on Monday morning even though we advertise a 2-4 working day delivery. This sort of action just adds to our costs and means we will have to increase our prices to everyone which we are trying to avoid.
