Data Protection and Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us and as such, all information that you enter on our web site is collected and stored by DeskTop Driving Ltd only, not any other third-party.. We have no intention at this time of making our customer database available to any third parties. DeskTop Driving Ltd maintains an on-line subscribable mailing list which you must request to be subscribed to. Details of how to unsubscribe are listed in your confirmation e-mail. We do not use any tracking facilties and have no interest in your web surfing activity (e.g what sites you have visted etc). We do use a cookie however for our shopping basket. This cookie harmlessly stores your name and address and what items you have ordered and is deleted as soon as your order has been placed.

All goods offered for sale by DeskTop Driving Ltd are subject to the following terms and conditions:-

Accounts
At the discretion of DeskTop Driving Ltd Credit Control Deptartment and subject to acceptable conditions DeskTop Driving Ltd may offer accounts. All notifications of changes to an account whether as to name, address or use must be made in writing.

Payment
Accounts are maintained on the condition that payment is received promptly by the required date and subject to the agreed terms at the time of application. SHOULD YOUR ACCOUNT REMAIN OUTSTANDING FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS OUTSIDE THE AGREED TERMS FURTHER SUPPLIES WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE SUSPENDED.

We understand and will exercise our statutory rights to interest under the Late Payment Of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 if we are not paid according to our agreed credit terms. There will be no exception to this rule and no employee of DeskTop Driving Ltd has the authority to alter this policy.

Payment can be made by Switch or most major Credit Cards. Cheques should be made payable to DeskTop Driving Ltd and sent to:

Property
The ownership of any goods supplied by DeskTop Driving Ltd will not be transferred until all amounts owed to DeskTop Driving have been paid in full and until such time DeskTop Driving Ltd may repossess the goods.

Returns
We do not operate on a sale-or-return basis. Please ensure the suitability of the product before purchase.

DeskTop Driving Ltd will endeavour at the time of placing your order to advise you of any possible changes or revisions that they are aware of with regard to publications you have ordered. We cannot be held responsible for any failure to advise at the time of ordering. We regret we are not able to accept, as matter of course, items for return on the basis that the publication has become out of date. Attention should always be given to running down stocks if a publication is due for replacement. You should bear in mind any publication containing the 'Theory Test Question Bank' may be subject to annual updates.

Damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be replaced free of charge - or a refund issued if you prefer - provided notification is made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please telephone 01903 88 22 99 to obtain authorisation and instructions. Items returned using our freepost address or without authority will not be accepted.

If for any reason you have cause for complaint, please contact Customer Services or telephone 01903 88 22 99 during office hours. We will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.

Terms and Conditions are stated to avoid misunderstanding and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Should our terms and conditions not be acceptable, goods supplied should immediately be returned otherwise it is understood that you have accepted these terms and conditions.
